Wells Commercial Real Estate and Investments is the only full-time Commercial Real Estate Brokerage on the North coast of California. The California licensed Real Estate Broker, David Wells, is a fourth generation real estate developer who specializes in commercial real estate development, sales, leasing and investment. Mr. Wells was born in Northern California, graduated from Eureka High before earning his bachelors degree and master's degree at Stanford University.
